Will Diercon water purifier straw PS PRO filter salt water into regular water?

Nope. The purpose of Diercon water purifier straw is to make natural water sources (such as lakes, rivers, creeks, and ponds) safe to drink. Salt is far smaller than the bacteria that Diercon PS PRO is intended to filter.
